Opened packs

Because this is a personal-use item, opened or partially used packs are reviewed case by case. If there is a quality issue, shipping damage, or a problem with the order, please contact us and we will work on a fair solution.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
