1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

- To qualify for return, items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, kept in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels and accessories intact.
- Items with obvious signs of use, damage caused by improper use, or missing original parts will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:
- Clearance/discounted sale items
- Personal care products, hygiene goods
- Custom‑made, personalized or engraved products
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
3. Return Shipping Cost
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges for your order are non‑refundable.
- If returns are caused by our errors (wrong item sent, defective/damaged products, missing parts), we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size/color issues of the same product within the 30‑day return window, subject to stock availability. If the exchanged item has a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
